摘要：在对宁波市北仑新区生态环境现状和发展趋势的分析的基础上，提出诸如加强生态绿化建设、加强生态环境建设规划、进一步建立健全环境与发展综合决策机制、进一步完善环境保护长效管理机制、进一步加强环境综合治理和污染源专项整治等环境保护对策，从而使北仑新区真正做到经济与环境保护协调发展和实现“双赢”。

Abstract：On the foundation of analysis to the ecological environment current situation and development trend of Beilun New Area, Ningbo, Put forward the environmental protection countermeasure such as strengthen the ecology and afforest construction, strengthen the construction plan of the ecological environment, further set up and amplify the comprehensive decision-making mechanism of the environment and development, further improve the long-efficiency mechanism of management of environmental protection, further strengthen environmental comprehensive administration and pollution sources special renovation in order synthetically,etc, thus make Beilun New Area, Ningbo really make sure economy is developed with environmental protection in harmony and realizes " the two-win ".
