论文摘要随着我国度假休闲热的兴起,许多城市与地区都积极开发建设旅游度假区。其发展前景是可观的,但同日、1所暴露的问题也是不容忽视的。现代旅游导致的种种问题引起了旅游和规划界学者和社会的广泛关注,这些问题包括:现代旅游导致的旅游资源的破坏、环境污染和生态破坏、旅游对当地社会文化产生的负面影响等等。究其原因,旅游的开发不当、旅游造成的容量压力以及环保意识的普遍欠缺等等都是造成上述问题的主要因素。如何运用可持续的规划方法切实有效地解决问题,促进旅游度假区的健康持续的发展是本课题所追求的目标。论文对国内外旅游度假区规划的概念进行了归纳、总结,结合我国度假区的发展现状,对目前我国的旅游度假区中面临的问题进行剖析,提出旅游度假区的可持续规划的原则为:保护优先原则、适度开发原则、综合效益原则和追求特色原则。并对可持续发展的若干方面作了详细的阐述。希望通过本文的研究能够对旅游度假区规划的发展和完善起到一定的借鉴作用,并为下一步的研究工作打下基础全文约5万余字,图表共80多幅。关键词:旅游度假区可持续规划环境保护 Abstract Withemergence ofthehot wave ofvacation andrecreation jn otffcountryt tourism reSOllS and development inmany citiesand thedevelopment prospects oftourism resorts is considerable,their exposed problems can notbeneglected,many problems aroused by modem tourism have appeared,which isconcemed in all over problem isinclude:destory of thetourist ltsoorce,the environmental pollution,destory ofecosystem and thenegative influence onlocalsocial culturemade reason isunreasonable exploitation,the pressure of tOOmany tourists in thetourist area anduniversallackoftheprotecting consciousness about theenvironment,all oftheseis theimportant factor to cause theproblems related toadvance effective solution methods andimprove thesustainable development oftourism resorts from theplanning anddesignpoint iswhat we need toconsider itisalsothedesiredtarget ofthe thesis.
