襄樊历史文化名城保护规划的分析研究.pdf

摘要从20世纪60年代起历史遗产保护逐步成为国际上的主流思潮经历了由点到面的发展阶段和历程由保护可供人们欣赏的艺术品发展到保护各种作为社会文化见证的历史建筑与环境进而保护与人们休戚相关的历史街区以及整个历史城镇我国自1982年公布第一批历史文化名城名单后开始城市保护的相关研究与实践 20多年后逐步形成了较完善的文物历史文化保护区和历史文化名城三个层次的保护体系本文以亲身参与的襄樊历史文化名城保护规划实践项目为基础内容详细论述了历史文化名城保护规划现状调研分析和保护规划的具体内容总结归纳具体应用的方法并且提出名城保护规划应体现的几点原则全文分为五部分第一章引言阐述了研究背景意义目的方法和内容并界定了与城市保护相关的概念对国内外的相关研究作了简要的分析在第二章中介绍了历史文化名城的类型和保护特点通过阐述城市保护与城市规划关系和我国城市规划编制体系的概况后了解我国历史文化名城保护规划与城市总体规划的关系以及名城保护规划编制的层次深度框架内容和成果表达第三章通过对襄樊的全面梳理总结了现状需调研的内容和需要收集的资料并重点阐述了整理分析评价的内容和类别包括历史沿革历史文化特色历史文化资源分类评析重点梳理和分析城市特色和现状问题第四章详细阐述襄樊历史文化名城保护规划的研究内容和规划措施分为市域历史城区保护区和文物保护单位四个部分重点阐述历史城区范围内历史资源的保护和古城格局的保护第五章通过第二三四章关于保护体系与保护实践的细致分析提炼出在襄樊保护规划项目中运用的不同方法并总结历史文化名城保护应注意的原则最后就笔者的自身体会提出关于历史城市保护规划与管理建设的几点建议关键字历史文化名城保护规划襄樊历史风貌控制区保护范围 Abstract From the 20th century 60's, the historical heritage protection gradually ing the ideological trend in the world, has experienced the from one point to entire area development phase and the course, by the protection may the artwork which appreciates for the people, develops to protects each kind of achievement society, the cultural testimony historical construction and the environment, then the protection and the people are bound by mon cause historical block as well as entire historical country announced the first batch of historical city name list since 1982, started the city protection correlation research and the practice, after more than 20 years, have formed the perfect cultural relic, the historical culture protectorate and the historical city three levels protection systems gradually. This article take theXiangfan historical city protection plan practice project which participation by oneself as the foundation content, in detail elaborated the historical city protection plan present situation investigation and study to analyze and to protect the plan the concrete content, summarized the induction concrete application method, and proposed the famous city protection plan should manifest several principles.
