城市更新背景下旧建筑空间格局规划方法

【摘要】从城市更新的背景出发，在空间格局分析框架的基础上,利用空间格局功能评价原理，得到了功能评价
指标值矩阵，通过计算功能评价指标的功能值，完成旧建筑空间格局功能的评价;利用全域性指数和局域性指数，计
算了旧建筑空间临近单元模块属性之间的相似程度，通过引入冷热点统计量，反映旧建筑空间格局的属性特征，结合
冷热点统计量计算公式,建立了空间格局规划模型;最后通过滨河线性旧建筑空间格局规划和块状空间格局规划，实
现了旧建筑空间格局的规划。实验结果表明，与其他两种规划方法相比，城市更新背景下旧建筑空间格局规划方法
规划效果更好。
