China irrigation amount summarized theagricultural big country is very large, we must have a systematic and feasible approach to solve the problem and research are concerned about the people,points out the present irrigation technology is not particularly good, need to plan and better way to change our living environment. You see, the scarcity of water resources has seriously restricted the development of industry and agricultureirrigation, increase water use efficiency, saving water has e an urgent need to the development of irrigation. Study on the demand according to the practical situation and the present situation of water resources in irrigation area,and puts forward several water-saving practical and effective technical solutionsand measures.
