摘 要
企业薪酬体系的建立与实施是人力资源管理乃至整个企业管理的核心内容之一,、基于技能、基于绩效、基于市场和基于年功五种传统模式以及逐渐发展的宽带薪酬模式。企业是否能选择适合自己的薪酬模式关系到企业目标的实现情况,一个合理有效的薪酬模式能激励员工工作的积极性和创造性,从而有利于提高企业绩效。本文主要是对几种现行的薪酬模式进行对比研究,分析各自利弊,为企业选择适合的薪酬模式提供参考。

ABSTRACT
The establishment and implementation of Pay System is the core of human resources management as well as the enterprise model is the composition and combination of pay. Current business models are based on postition, based on skills, performance—based, market—based and based on years of work and the gradual development of the broadband pay model。 Whether a company can choose their own mode of remuneration related to the achievement of business objectives, a reasonable and effective compensation model can motivate the enthusiasm and creativity of the work, which will help improve business performance。 This article is mainly about the current salary pattern of several comparative studies to analyze their respective advantages and disadvantages for enterprises to select the appropriate mode of reference salary。文档为个人收集整理,来源于网络本文为互联网收集,请勿用作商业用途
