摘 要：战略布局的相关理论的诞生于发展过程，是随着市场经济的不断完善而形成的，其目的在于服务于融入市场经济的公司需求，根据公司的状况，进行相应的指导与调整。战略布局是对资本市场的一种客观性假设分析，其经过严密的数学推导与计算，对企业的价值和企业战略布局的联系性作出相应的判断，证明了企业价值并不受到企业战略布局的影响。影响乐视战略布局的因素，在对其分析的过程中，能够对企业的价值等方面有更为直观的了解，反应出企业发展的整体趋势，为企业的内部改革提供可行性的借鉴内容，在通过对战略布局的优化过程中，不仅能够提升企业资本的形成质量，还能够充分发挥企业自身的实际价值。本文以乐视企业为例,从企业外部环境、企业内部资源与能力、管理能力等各个方面进行分析,主要运用相关经济发展理论等对乐视企业战略布局的现状进行分析,并对如何更有效的实施企业战略管理提出合理化建议。
