【摘 要】目的：根据当前临床药学的发展，讨论医生、患者对药学监护的需求， 探索临床药师工作模式。方法：基于我国卫生部下发的临床药师、药学管理系列 文件，结合我国临床药师培训，探索并建立适合我院药学发展的临床药师工作模 式和管理体系。结果：拥有一定专业药学知识的临床药师在药学监护中具有重要 地位。结论：临床药师要经过专业的临床药学培训基地进行培养，掌握一定的药 学知识和临床技能，为临床合理用药提供保障，提高药物疗效，经济、安全用药， 减少不良反应、不良事件的发生。

To explore the clinical pharmacists work mode
[ABSTRACT] OBJECTIVE： Based on the current development of clinical pharmacy, discuss the demand of doctors and patients for pharmaceutical care, the study explore the working mode of clinical pharmacists. METHODS： Based on series of files of clinical pharmacists and pharmacy management issued by China's ministry of health, combined with training of clinical pharmacists in our country, we explored and established clinical pharmacists working mode and management system in our hospital. RESULTS： The clinical pharmacists with certain professional pharmaceutical knowledge are important in pharmaceutical care. CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists should pass clinical pharmacy professional training, and master a certain pharmaceutical knowledge and clinical skills in order to provide guarantee for clinical rational drugusage, improve drug efficacy, economic, security, drug use, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction and events.
