摘要
幽默在人们的日常生活中随处可见,对人们的生活起着举足轻重的作用。恰到
好处的运用幽默不仅可以消除人与人之间的陌生感,缓和尴尬的气氛,促进人际关
系的友好、和谐发展,而且也是个人智慧和才能的体现。幽默也可以让人精神愉快,
调节压力,促进身心健康。
幽默现象一直是各个领域专家和学者研究的热门话题。幽默研究是跨学科研究
的课题,国内外学者对幽默的研究已经从生理学、心理学、修辞学、哲学等传统领
域扩展到人类学、社会学、语言学、美学等更加广阔的领域。二十世纪六七十年代,
语用学从概念发展成为语言学的一个分支学科,语用学的发展为幽默的研究提供了
全新的视角。
本文主要运用语用学的合作原则、礼貌原则、言语行为理论以及语境知识的理
论框架为指导,对中国和美国经典情景喜剧中的幽默言语进行了对比研究,探讨言
语幽默是如何形成的,中国言语幽默与美国言语幽默的异同之处,试图探索人们不
能理解国外言语幽默的原因所在。本研究主要采用定性研究的方法,所运用的语料
主要节选自中国经典的情景喜剧《我爱我家》和美》以
及《成长的烦恼》。情景喜剧中的语言丰富、贴近生活,很大程度上保证了研究的
真实性和可靠性。
研究发现中国和美国的言语幽默存在着很大的相似性。这些言语幽默所形成的
语用机制相同,违反合作原则、礼貌原则、过度的遵守礼貌原则或者误解说话者的
言外之意都可能造成言语幽默的产生。文化语境因素是影响观众不能欣赏异国情景
喜剧中言语幽默的主要因素。观众可能了解英语这种语言,但是对于美国的社会文
化背景的不了解,从而导致不能欣赏英语幽默。

ABSTRACT
Humor permeates everywhere, and plays a significant role in human daily life. A humor can
eliminate the sense of strangeness, ease an awkward situation, deal with the interpersonal
relationships well, and contribute to the establishment of friendly and harmonious relationships.
Humor represents the wit and talent of an individual. Humor is a good way to relieve the pressure and
promote the physical and mental health.
Humor is a hot topic and attracts the attention of scholars in many fields for a long time. Humor
study is an interdisciplinary subject. Scholars at home and abroad have extended the study on humor
from traditional subjects such as physiology, psychology, rhetoric, philosophy to broader fields such
as anthropology, sociology, linguistics, aesthetics. Linguists and philosophers abroad made great
efforts to start pragmatics and established it as an independent linguistic branch in the 60s and 70s last
