摘要
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的人购买了私家车;对城市的交通 和环境起着重大的影响。而停车难问题的出现,也给机械停车设备行业带来了巨 大的商机和广阔的市场。机械式立体车库是专门实现各种车辆的自动停放及科学 寄存的仓库设施。可充分利用土地资源,发挥空间优势,最大限度地停放车辆, 成为解决城市静态交通问题的重要途径。本课题以较为典型的升降横移式立体车 库为研究对象,综合考虑立体车库制造成本和运行效率的双重因素。
本论文主要是对升降横移式立体车库做出控制系统的设计,实现用户快捷方 便的停车和取车,保证用户车辆的安全。本设计在详细论述了控制系统设计的基 础上,选择三层三列式车库结构为研究模型。升降横移式立体车库就其组成部分 而言,可分为三大部分:车库结构部分、传动机械部分和控制系统部分。依据升 降横移式立体车库的运行原理,在对升降横移式立体车库控制系统的设计中,采 用先进的PLC控制,运用西门子公司的编程软件编制了升降横移式立体车库控 制系统的程序,并经调试、运行,证明采用可编程序控制器(PLC)作为控制系 统简单易行。

Abstract
As people's living standard continues to rise, more and more people can afford the private vehicle, which has an important impact on the traffic and environment of city. On the contrary, it is a good opportunity for mechanical parking equipment industry to broaden market with the problem of parking difficultly. Mechanical and stereoscopic garage is a facility which pursues the goal of vehicle automatic parking and scientific check specially. It can make full use of land resources, improve the advantages of space and maximize park, become the important access to solve the problem of urban static traffic. The study includes typical lift-sliding mechanical parking system and consider overall the cost and efficiency of stereoscopic garage.
The design is about lift-sliding mechanical parking system, to realize the goals of parking and taking the car, to assure the security of vehicle. This project reveals around the structure of two-tier and three-line garage. As for the composition of lift-sliding mechanical and stereoscopic garage, it contains three parts: garage structure, control system.
