[摘要] 目的 探析护理质量指标管理在心内科护理工作管理中的应用价值。方法 将2018年1月—2019年1月期间心内科护理人员,根据护理管理方案分为参照组、实验组,各组为25名,统计两组护理人员护理质量评分、护理不规范事项、护理不良事件及护理满意度情况。结果 实验组护理文书书写质量评分、安全用药质量评分、病区管理质量评分、急救物品评分、护理查对制度及护理服务质量评分情况,分别较参照组略胜一筹,差异有统计学意义(t=、、、、、,P<);实验组护理不规范事项发生率、护理不良事件发生率各为1(%)、科室管理满意度为25(%),显著优于参照组护理不规范事项发生率、护理不良事件发生率及科室管理满意度的7(%)、10(%)、21(%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=、、,P<)。结论 护理质量指标管理能够有效提升心内科整体护理管理质量,具有较高的借鉴价值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of nursing quality index management in the management of cardiology nursing work. Methods A review of the cardiology nurses was conducted from January 2018 to January 2019. According to the nursing management plan, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 25 cases in each group. The nursing quality scores, nursing irregularities, nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were counted. Results The experimental group's nursing document writing quality score, safe medication quality score, ward management quality score, first aid item score, nursing check system and nursing service quality score were slightly better than those of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(t=, , , , , , P<); the incidence of nursing irregularities and adverse nursing events in the experimental group were 1 (%), and department management satisfaction was 25 (%), significantly better than 7(%), 10(%), 21(%) of the incidence of nursing irregularities, adverse nursing events, and department management satisfaction in the reference group, the difference was statistically signi
