会展服务质量评价体系构建及应用
——以武汉农机博览会为例
摘要
本文以武汉农机博览会（简称“农机会”）为研究对象，围绕展会服务质量评价体系这一中心内容展开研究，通过对武汉农机博览会参展商和专业观众的主要服务流程进行梳理、运用服务蓝图方法得到服务流程的重要服务节点，以SERVQUAL模型为基础，构建针对农机会的服务质量评价体系，希望能够通过建立模型，计算出农机会整体服务质量指数。解决在农机会运营过程中缺乏软性服务评价指标、无法对服务管理指标量化等问题，从而通过提高客户满意度，改善服务质量，对于农机会的发展有着一定的现实意义。

Taking Wuhan Agricultural Machinery Exposition as an Example
Abstract

Subject to the Wuhan Agricultural Fair (hereinafter referred to as "agricultural opportunities") as the research object, focuses on the research of the exhibition center service quality evaluation system, an important service node combing, through the main service process of Wuhan Agricultural Expo exhibitors and professional audience were obtained by using service blueprint service process, based on the SERVQUAL model the construction of service quality evaluation system for agricultural opportunity, hope that through the establishment of the model, calculate the overall service quality index of agricultural opportunities. To solve the problems of agricultural service management indicators to quantify the index, not soft service evaluation lacks the operation process, thereby improving customer satisfaction, improve the quality of service, has a certain practical significance for agricultural development opportunities.

一、绪论
（一）研究背景
随着我国经济全球化的深入发展，会展业作为新兴服务业，逐步成为衡量某些地区或高低的重要标准之一。会展经济的全球扩张，使许多国际展览业巨头在亚非拉地区的发展中国家的市场上竞争，让国际会展业重心的开始改变[1]。在我国加入世贸组织的大背景下，我国会展业在经济快速发展的过程中，快速成长，正在向会展大国、强国迈进。
会展业作为第三产业的重要组成部分，是一个全球年产值高达数亿美元的行业。随着现代经济的快速发展，会展行业也砸快速发展，当然会展经济也发展的越来越好，同时对我国经济发展的影响也越来越巨大。
因为我不高，专业细分不够完善，整体管理水平也呈现落后的一面，所以使得会展业市场秩序比较混乱。为了使我国的会展经济健康长远的发展，规范行业内的秩序就是首要目标。要把参展商和专业观众放在第一位，保证来参展的参展商和专业观众的利益，着重考虑服务质量，这样才能使我国的会展业又好又快的发展。因此，要想改善服务质量就必须建立一
