摘要
本建筑为绵阳市南山教学楼，位于四川省绵阳市，占地面积约为 3800 nl、其
中包括绿化面积约1300 m2,结构设计类型为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，层数为 5层，,,,室内外高差 ,无地下室，设计使用年限为50年，墙体材料为200厚混凝土空心砖。 本建筑坐南朝北，为回廊建筑，设置 A、B两个分区，A区为主要教学区，B区主 要为功能教室及功能房间，A、B两区通过钢结构走廊和房间外走廊连接，其外 观独特美观，布局合理，外形新潮，给人一种时尚不落俗套的感受。房间主要有 普通教室18间，每一层设置有教师办公室，每一层设有教师休息室， A、B区各
设有厕所，一共有4部楼梯及两部电梯，并且布置合理便于防火和人员疏散。

ABSTRACT
This building is mianyang nanshan school building, is located in mianyang city, sichuan province, covers an area of about 3800 m2, including green area of about 1300 m2, types of structural design for the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure, layer number is 5, main body height of m, or class classroom is the height of m, total building height of m, indoor and outdoor elevation difference of m, basement, the design, use fixed number of year for 50 years to 200 thick concrete hollow brick wall material.
