摘要
我落后,已建成的公路多呈现出技
术等级低的特点。许多山区公路存在着路侧安全设计不合理、安全设施不完善的问题。
山区公路路侧安全逐渐成为交通安全整治的重点,良好的路侧设计也成为保障交通安全
的重要措施。
通过对公路路侧历史事故数据的统计分析,总结出了山区公路路侧事故多发点、事
故形态和肇事车型。以公路路侧历史事故数据为基础,依据交通运行系统理论,分析了
影响路侧安全的四种主要因素,即人、车、路和不良天气。对路侧安全影响因素的分析
有利于我们找出路侧安全研究的主要问题,并为路侧安全设计和整治工作提供了方向。
传统的路侧安全设计多是考虑地形地质和公路线形设计的要求,对人和生态的考虑
较少。因此,论文本着“以人为本、安全至上、尊重自然”的原则,提出了宽容理念、
灵活设计理念、和谐理念三种路侧安全设计新理念,用于指导路侧安全设计和路侧安全
整治工作。
根据山区公路存在的路侧安全问题,提出了路侧安全技术的三层次处理策略,第一
层次,主动预防;第二层次,防止翻车和碰撞事故;第三层次,被动防护。然后结合路
侧安全设计新理念,提出了与三层次处理策略相应的路侧安全设计方法和整治措施,并
详细阐述了各种整治措施实施要点。
本论文的研究成果对于丰富路侧安全设计理论和指导路侧安全整治工作具有一定
的参考作用。

Abstract
China is a mountainous country, the terrain in mountain area is steep, and the geological
conditions are complex. Coupled with the level of economic development constraints, the
technical level of mountainous highway construction was low in the past years. Unreasonable
highway roadside safety design is common, and the problem of the lack the safety facilities is
serious. Roadside safety of mountainous highway has become the focus of traffic safety
remediation, good roadside design has become one of the important measures to ensure traffic
safety.
Through a statistical analysis of the historical data of highway roadside accident , get the
basic characteristics of mountainous highway roadside accidents, mainly includes the
blackspots of accidents, accident forms, accident vehicle. On the foundation of the historical
data of highway roadside accident, form the point of view of traffic system. And then analyze
the four main factors which influence the roadside safety most: human, vehicle, road
condition and bad weather. The analysis of influence factors is helpful for us to grasp the main
