随着湖州经济快速发展和城市化进程的不断推进，日常生活和生产过 程中产生的环境问题也日益增多。依种种数据来看，湖州的水污染问题所 占比重最大，已经严重影响了湖州地区经济的进一步发展和人民生活质量 的提高。本文首先介绍了湖州地区水污染的现状，其次从水污染带给我们 在人体健康，农业发展，工业生产，生态环境的危害入手，具体分析了湖 州地区在治愈水污染方面的不足及存在这些问题的原因。最后本文遵循经 济学理念，有针对性地提出了湖州地区在治理水污染和防治水污染等方面 的对策、建议，主要有转变经济发展方式，实现水污染管理体制的创新， 构建跨行政区水环境防治机制，建立健全法律法规等。 关键词：生态环境，跨界水污染，管理体制 ABSTRACT Huzhou With the rapid economic development and urbanization process can move forward, daily life and production processes, environmental problems are also increasing. In accordance with these data, Huzhou, the largest share of water pollution has seriously affected the Huzhou region further economic deve -lopment and people's quality of life improved. This paper describes the status of water pollution in Huzhou, followed by water brought to us from the human health, agricultural development, industrial production, eco-environmental haz -ards start with a detailed analysis of the Huzhou region in the healing shortage and water pollution exist in cause of the problem. Finally, the paper follow the concept of economics, it puts forward the Huzhou region in the governance of water pollution and water pollution in the areas of prevention and control mea -sures, it is recommended, including changes the mode of growth, achieve the Institutional innovation of water environment management system,construction of the water environment across administrative control mechanisms to establish and improve laws and regulations, and so on.
