南亚高压东西振荡的特征分析
摘要
本文利用63年NCEP再分析月平均高度场资料,定义了东伸指数以确定100hPa高度上南亚高压的东西位置,运用功率谱分析找出南亚高压东西振荡的周期。并选出东西位置异常年份进行合成分析,讨论了夏季南亚高压东西位置异常时对应的高低空以及未来一年内的环流形势的特征。最后利用全国160个测站60年的降水资料对偏东年和偏西年的降水特征进行分析。结果表明:(1)南亚高压东西振荡具有3—4年的短周期和20年左右的长周期。而最近20年,东西振荡具有明显的5年周期。(2)南亚高压偏西年夏季亚欧大陆对流层高层整体位势高度偏低。偏东年,整体位势高度较高,南亚高压更强。且在对流层高层夏季南亚高压东西位置异常对秋冬季节的环流形势都有一定影响。(3)夏季南亚高压与对流层中低层副热带高压具有相向而行向背而去的趋势,且在中高纬,偏西年槽位置偏西,偏东年槽位置偏东。对于对流层中低层,南亚高压东西位置异常对其秋冬季节环流形势影响不大。(4)南亚高压东西位置与我国东部降水关系密切,对于我国东部,偏西年长江流域少雨,华南沿海多雨;偏东年,长江流域多雨,华南沿海少雨。对于云贵川西南地区而言,偏东年北部降水多,偏西年南部降水多。

Asia High East and WestOscillation
Abstract
By utilizing NCEP monthly mean reanalysis height data of 63 years, this article define a east stretching index so that identify the location of South Asia High(SAH) on 100hPa. Secondly find out the cycles of SAH east and west oscillations through power spectral analysis of the series of east stretching select the abnormal partial east years and west years to do posite analysis. Then probe into the circulation character of troposphere in the yearof both partial east years and west , use the precipitation data of national 160 stations of 60 years to analyze the precipitation characteristics of the two results show that: (1) the South Asia high east and west oscillation has a short cycle of three or four years and a long cycle of 20 years. But in recent 20 years, the most obvious east and westoscillation cycle is 5-year. (2) In the partial west years, the overall potential height in the upper troposphere of Eurasia is relatively low while in east years,it isrelatively high and SAH is stronger.
