摘要：目的：对妇科门诊计划生育手术病人实行舒适护理，使病人的情绪得 到稳定，并对于医院以及护理人员产生足够的信任，从而提高手术的成功率。
方法:将我院2014年1月到2015年1月手术收治的240例女性行计划生育 手术患者，平均分为对照组和观察组各120例；观察组病人行舒适护理，为病人 提供身心及环境方面全方位的护理，对照组按一般常规护理。比较两组在出现焦 虑、恐惧情绪变化上数值的不同；比较两组对于护理的满意度。
结果：对于妇科门诊计划生育手术病人焦虑、忧郁状态的比较，观察组病人 术后不良情绪变化明显低于对照组；在满意度上，观察组明显高于对照组。
结论：对妇科门诊计划生育手术病人实行持续有效的舒适护理，能使其情绪 稳定，对于医院以及护理人员产生足够的信任，从而提高手术的成功率。
Abstract:Purpose: For the family planning operation patient in the outpatient services department of gynaecology,the comfortable nursing will make them calm and have enough trust on the hospital and the nursing staffs。as to enhance the success rate of surgery.
Methods: Dividing the 240 cases of female family planning surgery parents into two groups in January 2014 to 2015 in our hospital, Each group of 120 cases Separately named as comparable group and observa廿onal group;Providing the observa 廿 onal group patie nts comfortable n ursi ng’with physical, men tai and environmentai enjoyable nursing in all domains ,yet comparable group were treated by rou廿ne nursing. The differences of anxiety and fear in the two groups were compared, and the satisfaction of the two groups was compared.
