130T推钢机设计
摘要
我设计的为机械式推钢机,它结构简单,,传动效率高,整体尺寸合适,维修方便造价便宜等特点。本文具体包括轧制工艺过程和自动化控制简介,推钢机的分类和结构特点传动方案的传动和拟定,电动机的选择与校核、减速器的选用、传动方式、齿轮齿条传动和齿轮传动设计、轴系零件指的是通过一系列的设计和计算对轴和轴承做比较全面的强度与刚度的审核。及设备的维修、润滑和维护。机械式推钢机通过齿轮齿条的啮合传动把电能转化为动能,带动推杆完成推钢。本文设计中主要对推钢机进行了结构设计和理论计算,对传动机构做了更深入的分析设计,最后做了设备经济性能和可靠性能评价。

Abstract
