【摘要】目的：了解珠海市健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染状 况。方法：对2013年1 -9月2963例健康体检人员采用免疫胶体金法测定 Hp感染情况，并对其结果进行分析。结果：2963例健康体检者中Hp感染 1629例，感染率54. 98%,年龄分布以31〜40岁为最高峰，阳性率为77. 85%； 男女感染率分别为61. 20%和44. 04%；工人和公务员感染率分别为70. 29%、 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<)o结论：健康体检人群Hp感染率 较高，在健康体检中开展Hp普查，以减少相关疾病的发生。
