南京理工大学硕士学位论文卫生信息系统的规划与设计姓名:黄钊申请学位级别:硕士专业:电子与通信工程指导教师:宋耀良;陈平 201106 T程硕十学位论文卫生信息系统的规划与设计摘要政府行政职能部门的信息设施和应用系统从传统走向智能化、信息化并向数字化政府发展是当今发展主流。卫生信息化作为“四粱八柱”之一成为新医改的重要组成部分。卫生信息化主要涉及:资源整合、疾病控制、卫生监督、信息发布以及用信息化手段来指挥应对突发公共卫生事件,实现紧急救助等。本论文以南京卫生信息化系统的建设为例,结合本人从事卫生信息化的具体工作, 研究如何通过选择先进、稳定的网络架构方案来实现全市医疗卫生单位网络的互连互通以及对网络资源的整合。对安全准入技术、数据库冗余技术,以及容灾备份技术的研究来保障整个卫生信息网络的安全性、稳定性、高可靠性。以此提高医疗服务效率、服务质量、医疗服务的可及性,降低医疗成本以及降低医疗风险。关键词:医疗卫生、信息系统、数据库管理、信息安全、容灾备份 Abstract :[程硕士学位论文 Abstract The main stream ofgovernment-executive functionsdepartment’S information facility andapplicationsystem ismoving from traditionalpattern tOintelligentization,digitization and information— informatization as one of the‘‘Four structure and eightframe’’ es tOtheextremely important sectionoftheNew Medical System , the healthinformatization mainly involves:resourcesconformity,illness sicknesscontrol,the sanitary supervision,information publish which also offer a firstaidservice by using information technology toreply theparoxysmal public health event.
