逆行跗外侧动脉皮瓣修复前足皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效观察 【摘要】 目的：探究与分析逆行跗外侧动脉皮瓣修复前足皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效观察。方法：回顾性分析本院2012年5月-2014年5月收治的15例前足皮肤软组织缺损患者的临床资料，观察该组患者行逆行跗外侧动脉皮瓣修复的手术方法及临床疗效情况。结果：本组患者共15例，于术后1周时间内有3例患者出现的皮缘部分坏死，%，经及时换药后，皮瓣得以成活，12例患者的皮瓣均顺利成活，未出现坏死情况，%。术后患者均获得为期7～22个月的随访，。在随访期间对患者的皮瓣成活情况进行观察，发现该组患者的皮瓣质地柔软，保持与周围组织一致的色泽，且未出现磨损，对正常生活质量未造成影响。结论：逆行跗外侧动脉皮瓣修复前足皮肤软组织缺损可取得显著效果，其优点在于皮瓣厚度适中，且抗磨损能力较强，血管解剖位置固定，管径粗大有利于充分供血，值得进一步研究与推广。 【关键词】 逆行跗外侧动脉皮瓣； 修复； 前足皮肤软组织缺损； 疗效 Clinical Efficacy of Retrograde Lateral Tarsal Artery Flap of Skin and Soft Tissue Defects in the Foot/LIU Gen-jiu， CHEN Ze-qun， WANG Rong-chun， et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（04）：135-138 【Abstract】 Objective：To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of the outer retrograde tarsal artery flap of skin and soft tissue defects of the ：Retrospectively to analyze the clinical data of forefoot skin and soft tissue defects with 15 cases treated in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014， observe surgical method underwent lateral retrograde tarsal artery flap and explore clinical efficacy of the ：There were three cases in 15 patients with skin flap necrosis after one week of time， accounting for %.After timely medication， the flap patients were successfully flap survival， without necrosis， accounting for %.Patients had received for a period of 7-22 months of follow-up， and average follow-up time was follow-up， the patients with flap survival conditions were observed and found that the group of patients were with soft flap to keep the color consistent with the surrounding tissue， and no signs of wear， with normal quality of ：Retrograde lateral tarsal artery flap of skin and soft tissue defects can be enough to achieve significant advantage is that the flap thickness is moderate， with strong wear resistance and vascular anatomy fixed position， in favor of the full diameter thick is worthy of f
