硕士学位论文 MASTER’S THESIS 内容摘要本文致力于探讨同本教师教育的历史发展及经验教训。文章主要包括三部分。第一部分,日本近代师范教育的创立及发展(明治维新至1945年)。这一部分对同本师范教育发展历程进行了回顾并对其进行了评价。主要包括以下几方面:明治维新前(即古代的)日本教师养成、明治维新后师范教育的创建、师范教育的确立、师范教育的整顿及对师范教育的评价。通过回顾,可以清晰地了解日本师范教育的发展轨迹,同时概括了定向型师资培养体制给当时日本社会所作的贡献以及随着时间的发展而暴露出来的弊端。第二部分,日本现代教师教育的发展(1945年至1978年)。这~部分主要从美国化时期和本土化期两方面论述了教师教育。美国化时期教师教育阐述了定向型向开放型师资培养体制的转变,以及为了更好的维护新体制而采取的措施,包括以下几方面:在美军占领下所实施的一系列美国化政策,如实行开放型教师培养、确立教员许可证制度、颁布《教育公务员特例法》等,并总结了开放型师资培养体制的优缺点,同时剖析了缺点产生的原因。本土化期教师教育在批判美国化时期教师教育的基础上,结合本国国情使美国化时期师资培养体制逐渐本土化,为促进本土化进程,日本各教育部门采取了一系列方案。第三部分,日本当代教师教育进一步完善(1978年至今)。这一部分主要阐述对本土化了的开放型师资培养体制随着时代的发展而出现的不足所进行的完善。主要从以下几方面叙述:提高教师质量期、谋求教师教育一体化的新动向期。第四部分,在日本教师教育的历史发展基础上总结了日本教师教育的经验与教训。关键词:日本师范教育教师教育一体化硕士学位论文 MASTER’S THESIS Abstract This text devotes itself tothehistory of thedevelopment ofJapanese teacher articleincludes three parts.
