摘要:本文通过对钢结构典型产品制造工艺制造过程和难点分析，阐述了锅炉钢结构制造中的下料、坡口制
备 、装配、焊接 、校正 、油漆等关键制造工艺过程和控制措施，从而保证钢结构制造质量，并为类似项目生产提供
了经验。

Analysis on the technical difficulties of boiler steel

Abstract ： Based on the analysis of the manufacturing process and difficulties of typical steel structure
products, this paper describes the key manufacturing process and control measures in boiler steel
structure manufacturing, such as blanking, groove preparation, assembly, welding, correction, paint
ing, so as to ensure the quality of steel structure manufacturing, and provide experience for similar
projects.
