摘 要:近年来焊接技术普遍受到大家的关注,因此焊接专业也一直很热门,焊接方法现在也越来越多,比如手电弧焊,二氧化碳气体保护焊,电阻焊,等等。但不管哪种焊接方法,其本身都有各自的优缺点。下面我要讨论的就是一种电弧焊的一种名为单面焊双面成形在焊接过程中所形成的质量差的分析以及防治措施。单面焊双面成形的焊接质量受到了焊接设备、焊材工艺流程、操作技术水平的限制。本文详细的介绍了焊接电源、焊接电流、焊接速度、电弧电压、焊接层数、焊条类形、焊条直径等工艺因素对单面焊双面成形技术焊接质量的影响和造成的相关缺陷。详细的分析了单面焊双面成形技术焊接质量差所引起的一系列问题及造成质量差的原因,提出了相应的防止措施,解决单面焊双面成形技术的缺陷,使单面焊双面成形技术进一步完善,加以推广,并对单面焊双面成形作业具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract: In recent years the welding technology is universally everyone's attention, so also has been very popular professional welding and welding methods are now more and more, such as a flashlight arc welding, carbon dioxide welding, resistance welding, and so on. But no matter what kind of welding method, which itself has its own advantages and disadvantages. Below I will discuss is a kind of electric arc welding of a one-sided welding forming in called double welding process by the formation of the poor quality analysis and prevention and control measures.
