同济大学建筑与城市规划学院硕士学位论文 2008年北京奥运会体育场馆设计评析与借鉴姓名:姜艳申请学位级别:硕士专业:建筑设计及其理论指导教师:钱锋 20090301 摘要摘要 2008年北京奥运会把体育场馆的建设带入一个全新的时代。“科技奥运、绿色奥运、人文奥运”三大理念以及现代体育的社会化、产业化都对奥运场馆的建设提出了新的要求。历史上奥运会因场馆建设和赛后不能妥善经营而使国家和地区带来沉重负担的事例使我们不由得冷静思考:奥运会体育场馆在设计时如何兼顾奥运赛事以及赛后利用价值的最大化?后奥运时代体育建筑又有什么新价值?对这些问题的研究即是本文研究的核心内容。为了既能体现研究范围的广度,又能有所侧重,体现研究的深度,本文主要分成五大部分。绪论部分对论文的研究背景,问题的提出,课题研究的意义及目的,研究的内容,以及研究的主要工作方法作了介绍。第二章对奥运会体育场馆建筑诞生、发展的过程及其影响要素的相关资料进行系统总结。虽然本文旨在探讨2008北京奥运会体育场馆的设计,但是对奥运会体育场馆这一建筑类型的历史发展轨迹的回溯和对其影响因素的分析,有助于理顺作用要素之间纷乱的关系,对现有的各种可能的趋向做出合理的判断。第三章,第四章是基于实例研究之上的趋向总结,对2008年北京奥运会国家体育场(鸟巢)和国家游泳中心(水立方)进行深入分析,发掘其中体现出的革新及其背后的技术等各方面的驱动力。其间通过对体育场馆的各项作用要素进行横向与纵向的穿插比较,具体通过对鸟巢和水立方的规划设计、建筑设计、结构及材料设计、空间及功能设计、环境技术与节能、赛后利用分析,以及赛场“瘦身”运动进行研究,导出现代奥运会体育场馆设计的未来之路,以期起到对其发展与设计的指导作用。本文最后一章结合北京奥运会体育场馆设计实际探讨后奥运时代体育建筑新价值。关键词:奥运会体育建筑,鸟巢,水立方,评析与借鉴 Abstract ABSTRACT 2008 Olympic Games bring thesports venue construction ofBeijing into a brand—new era.”Technical Olympics,green Olympics,humanistic Olympics”these three great conceptions as well as the modem sports’socializations and industrialization are all set a new request to the Olympic Games facilities’ Games can isitmake countries andregions bring because of venue construction heavy thing thatbearis make US tobecalm tothink tocan't help tomanage properly afterthematch Olympic venues ofthe university give consideration toOlympic game situationand maximization ofvalue afterthematch,and what isthenew value ofthesports hallinthePost—Olympic era e thekeyquestion thatwe care about.
