农村村级财务制度的完善与创新的探讨
摘要：本文阐述了我国目前农村村级财务工作存在的问题有：财务工作不规范；财会业务水平低；财务公开制度不完善；财务监督缺乏力度等。并提出村级财务制度完善与创新的主要措施包括：加强财务工作规范化建设;提高财会人员素质；提升财务信息化管理；推行“代理记账制”；完善财务公开制度；建立严格的监督机制.

Abstract: This paper describes the work of China’s current rural village-level financial problems are: the financial work is not standardized; low level of accounting operations; financial disclosure system is imperfect; financial supervision and a lack of intensity。 And to make sound financial system of village-level and innovation in key measures include: strengthening financial work standardization； improve the quality of accountants; improve the financial information management; implementation of the ”agency account” system； improve the financial disclosure system； establish a strict monitoring mechanism。 个人收集整理，勿做商业用途
