警务实战技能训练与柔道训练之间的有机整合

摘 要：警务实战技能训练是人民警察队伍建设的重要内容之一，可以有效地提升警察队伍的综合素
质。而柔道训练可以更好地提升警务人员的实战技能，将其引入到警务实战技能课程当中，可以有效
地提升警务实战技能训练质量，提高警务教学训练的实战化水平。本文针对警务实战技能训练和柔道
训练的有机整合进行分析，介绍了目前实战技能训练过程中存在的一些问题，探讨将柔道训练融入到
警务实战训练当中的必要性，希望能为警务实战技能培训工作的开展提供一些参考。
