Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel Co., Ltd was build in 1960, located in Chaoyang city-the old city of Liaoning Province. April 26, 1993 joined in Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd., and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. After 40 years of development, DCD has become the key enterprises, the largest national enterprises, national second enterprises for China's fixed-point production vehicle diesel engine, DCD developed the first high-speed direct-injection vehicle diesel engine -6102Q diesel engine in 1979. After development of more than 20 years, currently has 4102 products etc. ten major series, including the naturally aspirated, supercharged, turbocharged inter-cooling, electronic controlling single-body pump, electronic controlling high pressure common rail, nearly 2000 variant species. Now is matching diesel engine for the Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Hefei Jianghuai Automobile Co. Ltd, Nanjing Automobile Co. Ltd and more than 100 automobile manufacturers. It features with compact in volume, light in weight, strong in power, capable of climbing, low fuel consumption, easy to start, long life, low noise, low exhaust pollution and so on, the commission index all meet EURO II standard, new developing products meet Euro III standard, and with the “green power〞 reputation.
