摘 要
在经济全球化浪潮的冲击下，电子商务与现代物流的集成已经成为发展的必
然趋势。电子商务的飞速发展不仅改变了人们的购物方式，还引发了一场崭新的
工业革命和流通革命。物流是使商品在需要的时间到达需要的地点的经营活动过
程，是提高商品流通效率的重要途径，是“第三利润源泉”。而保证电子商务交易
顺利实现的关键，在于构建一个与电子商务发展要求相适应的现代化物流系统，
这已成为当前电子商务与物流理论与实践研究的重大课题。
本文在概述并讨论了一个针对制造企业物流管理的基本流程的基础上，结合
计算机专业相关的知识，利用 ，数据库等方面的技术，逐步分析并实例
化了一个可以初步投入实际应用的物流管理系统。主要过程包括需求分析、概念
结构设计、逻辑结构设计、系统实现、系统测试，使在货物订单、客户信息、入/
出库管理等方面的操作更加方便，表明了信息技术在物流业发展中占有的重要地
位。

Abstract
With the impact of economic globalization, the integration of e-commerce and
modern logistics has become an inevitable trend of development. The rapid
development of e-commerce not only changed the way people are shopping, but also
