咖 啡 粉 枕 式 包 装 机 总 体 设 计 及 横 封 切 断 装 置 设 计
摘 要 : 随着包装工业的不断发展 , 产品包装在产品生产、 产品开发和产品销售
过程中所起着越来越重要的作用。
本设计通过分析粒料包装机的总体设计方案及对横封切断装置的部件原理
设计 ,确定主要装置 供送、下料、成型、牵引、封切、传动 之间的相互配合关
系。 分析了机构、传动系统、控制系统的设计原理 ,该设计解决了粒料快速、自
动包装等问题。为实现包装机的预期功能 ,对其机械传动系统进行设计。确定传
动路线 , 并给出其传动系统结构简图。 在分析横封切断机构功能的基础上 , 研究
出一种新型凸轮滑杆式间歇横封机构 , 其特点是运动中力系处于封闭平衡状态 ,
且结构简单, 加工方便, 易于调试安装 。 根据多功能枕型包装机横封切断工艺要
求, 选用凸轮机构实现其横封轴不等速传动, 并对此传动机理进行了运动分析,
推导出了通用计算公式。
