洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) I 青蒿素的提取与检测工艺摘要青蒿是常用的功能性植物,青蒿素是从青蒿中提取的一种抗疟有效成分,为无色针状结晶,易溶于有机溶剂;具有抗白血病和免疫调节功能它具有低毒、高效、速效的特点,在国际市场上供不应求,应用及经济前景十分看好。本论文结合超临界 CO 2提取技术和常规结晶法研究了从青篙中提取、分离纯化青篙素的工艺。通过比较的方法,对青蒿中青蒿素的提取工艺进行了综述,讨论了青蒿素提取工艺的研究方向。青蒿素提取方法主要有传统有机溶剂提取法、超声波提取法、微波萃取法和超临界流体萃取法;青蒿素检测技术主要有紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-蒸发光检测法等。关键词:黄花蒿;青蒿素;提取;含量检测;微波预处理; 洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) II Research Progresses on Extraction and Detection Techniques of Artemisinin Abstract [Objective ]The aim was tomake asummary onresearch progresses onextraction and detection techniques ofartemisinin .[Meth- od]Inthe research ,the concerning progress was made based on physicochemical property ,source ,extraction methods and detection technolo- gyofartemisinin .[Result ]Artemisinin iscolorless acicular crystal and easier tobedissolved anic solvent .The extraction methods ofar- temisinin anic solvent extraction ,ultrasonic extraction ,microwave extraction and supercritical fluid extraction; the detection tech- nologies include ultraviolet spectrophotometry ,high performance liquid chromatography and HPLC-evaporative light-scatterin g.
