连铸圆坯凝固微观组织数值模拟

摘 要:在连铸和随后的生产工艺中预测和控制钢材和微观构造是生产制造满足高质量要求的特殊钢的一项非常重要的任务。连铸过程是一个非常复杂的过程,在这一过程中伴随着传热量传输、质量传输、凝固和相变。在CAFÉ模型中,元胞自动机方法与连铸过程中传热计算进展耦合。利用ProCAST软件对连铸圆坯的凝固过程过程进展仿真模拟,通过连铸坯温度测量证明预测的连铸坯外表温度与实际比拟接近。应用CAFÉ法实现了连铸坯凝固过程三维微观组织及其形成过程的模拟,通过比照试验和模拟的圆坯的宏观构造对模拟的结果进展了评价,证明模拟结果与实验结果吻合。

Numerical Simulation of the Solidification Microstructure during Continuous Casting Round Bloom

Abstract:Prediction and control of steel microstructure during and after the continuous casting process is an extremely importand task for steel producers making special steels with high quanlity demand. Continuous casting is a very complex process with series of parallel phenomena with heat and mass transfer, solidification and phase transformations. In the CAFÉ model, the cellular automation method was combined with heat transfer calculation during the continuous process. Simulations of solidification process of continuous cast round bloom were carried out with ProCAST software, the simulation result are consistent with the measure surface temperature of continuous casting round bloom. Base on the CAFÉ method, 3D-microstructure of continuous casting round was simulated during solidification process, Simulation results were evaluated from comparison between experimentally observed and simulated macrostructures of the round bloom. It was proved that the simulation result was consistent with industy experiment result.
