摘要进入第八次课改以来,全新的课程对教师的专业发展提出了全新的要求。尤其是当儿童文学作品大量入选教材中、走进课程里时,就更需要小学语文教师具备相应的儿童文学素养,为儿童与儿童文学之间架起一座桥梁。但事实不尽如人意。通过调查研究,我们发现,目前我国小学语文教师的儿童文学素养远远达不到新课改的要求。小学语文教师普遍存在着职前没有接受教育,职后没有接受培训的状态, 再加上小学语文教师常常兼任班主任,班务工作、教学工作加在一起十分繁杂。在校期间整日忙忙碌碌,并没有时间进行阅读。因此,小学语文教师儿童文学素养严重缺失。这种缺失带来的后果是:教师缺乏对儿童阅读的指导技能,缺乏对儿童心理的理性了解。发现了这个问题之后,我就对如何提升小学语文教师儿童文学素养产生了浓厚的兴趣。于是,从鉴赏素养、教学素养、创作素养三方面进行了理论与实践方面的探索。事实证明,用心去提升小学语文教师的儿童文学素养,会给教学注入新的活力、可以帮助儿童提升语文素养、能走近儿童的心理,甚至还会给自己的教育生命带来幸福感! 关键词:小学语文教师儿童文学素养儿童文学教学、鉴赏与创作 Abstract The eighth reform incurriculum isunder the way,which arouses the greatest interest and attention from theeducational administrators aswell asthe school involved ismaking theirevery bitoftheir efforts to put forward theprogram inChinese educational itisquite new tothe teachers,all the teachers are required toacquire more to qualify themselves inthe course ofthe curriculum ,a large number of selected fiterary materials for children ing into their a result,aH theChinese language teachers inprimary schools arerequired tobe richinthecorresponding quality children’s literature,SO that they can help to build up a bridge between thechildren and ,we have to confess thatwe stillhave along way our study,we have found thatmany Chinese language teachers inprimary schools are not SOqualified that they finditdifficultforthem tomatch thecurriculum teachers did not receivepre-education inliteraturebefore they began they started theirwork inteaching,they found littletime tobecultivated due totheir heavy ofthe language teachers find that they do not have enough relevant lackinknowledge ofliteraturebrings about some bad teachers have some trouble inguiding the kids’reading and have littleacknowledgement ofthe children’S psychological found the existing problems,I develop akeen interest inhow topromote the education in literature for the Chinese languag
