论道德与法律
周帅锋
道德，我认为吧，就是像古时的三纲五常一样，是需要遵守的一种规则，但道德不是明文规定，死板的一些条例，而是已经深入人心的。触犯道德并不会犯罪，但会给人留下十分不好的印象。这种印象会给人以先入为主的想法，就觉得你是坏人。
而法律是社会规则的一种，法律是维护人民权利的工具，需要经由一套制度来落实。但在不同的地方，法律体系会以不同的方式来阐述人们的法律权利与义务。
法律与道德是既相互联系又明显区别的，法律与道德的界限也并非一成不变。但从法律与社会发展的关系而言，良法是道德的底线，促进社会发展；恶法与道德相悖，阻碍社会进步。因此，我们必须在制定法律的过程中，应当确保制定的法律是符合一般道德观念的良法而非违背合一般道德观念的恶法，从维护社会的公平、正义。
道德与法律结合起来，能对社会发挥巨大的功用。公共生活中的道德和法律所追求的目标是一致的，都是通过规范人们的行为来维护公共生活中的秩序，实现经济社会的不变和发展。固然道德和法律发挥作用的方式有所不同，但二者互为增补，相辅相成。道德规范作用的更好发挥，需要法律支持；而法律作用的更好实现，则需要以道德为重要条件。优秀的社会秩序的形成、牢固和发展，要靠道德，也要靠法律。在公共糊口中，道德可以用来调节、规范人们的行为，防备犯罪的产生。道德是法律的增补。
