影响精神分裂症患者首次住院因素分析
[摘要] 目的:探讨影响精神分裂症患者首次住院的因素。方法:对精神分裂症患者首次住院的影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果:促进精神分裂症患者早期住院的因素有认识程度(OR:)、BPRS总分(OR:)、就医条件(OR:)、家庭经济状况(OR:)及医疗付款方式(OR:)。结论:应加强普及精神卫生知识力度,扩大医保覆盖面,改善就医环境,促进精神分裂症患者早期住院。

Analysis of the first hospitalization of schizophrenia patients

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the related factors of the first hospitalization in schizophrenia patients. Methods: A Logistic regression was used to anaysis the related factors. Results: The factors promoting early hospitalization of schizophrenia patients included understanding degree(OR: ), BPRS total scores(OR: ), medical conditions(OR: ), economic status(OR: ) and payment way of medical treatment(OR: ). Conclusion: The popularity of mental health knowledge and the coverage of the medical insurance should be increased, hospital environment should be improved in order to promote early hospitalization of schizophrenia patients.
