第二章 煤、焦场人员管理
一、煤、焦管员的管理
1．煤焦管理人员（煤场班长、副班长及煤、焦管员）要求作到廉洁自律，热爱本职工作，具有奉献精神，能独立完成日常本职工作。
2、煤、焦管员应具有一定业务素质，熟练掌握煤、焦的理化指标，对所管理的煤焦的种类、规格、数量和质量情况要作到心中有数。
3、煤、焦管员应具有一定现场沟通、协调和指挥能力，及时、有效处理所属范围内的突发事件，并及时上报车间和各职能部室。
4、煤、焦管员严格按要求做好记录，字迹要工整，内容要清楚，不得有涂改现象。
5、煤管员负责储备当班和下一班生产用煤，不得无故影响生产用煤，要掌握各种煤储存时间(和状态)，合理安排用煤，以防自燃。
6、煤、焦管员穿戴好劳保用品（安全帽、工作服及安全带）后，才能进入现场，要确保自身安全；同时负责所管辖范围内的人员安全。
7、煤管员接班后迅速了解现场情况和上一班的生产情况。要定时巡视煤场，了解各煤区存煤情况，安排好来煤卸车事宜，在卸煤过程中，煤管员要随时到现场了解卸煤情况督促装卸工，决不允许无故出现压车现象。卸煤后及时整理好煤台，合理、有序的安排好铲车转煤、清底工作。
7、煤管员接班后了解上一班的生产情况和现场状况，并及时巡检煤场，根据车间指示结合各煤区存煤情况，安排好来煤卸车事宜和铲车转煤、清底工作。煤管员要随时到现场了解情况，督促监管好装卸工作，决不允许出现无故压车现象，卸煤后及时整理好煤台。
8、焦管员接班后要巡视焦场，了解焦场储焦情况，必须按要求分级
