科护士长职责
1、在护理部、科主任领导下全面负责所属科室的临床护理、教学、科研及在职教育的管理工作；是本部门护理质量与安全管理和持续改进第一责任人，应对医院及科室负责。
2、根据护理部、科工作计划制定本科室的护理工作计划，按期督促检查、组织实施并总结。
3、负责督促本科各病室认真执行各项规章制度、护理技术操作规程。
4、负责督促检查本科各病室护理工作质量，发现问题及时解决，把好质量关，并有记录。
5、解决本科护理业务上的疑难问题，指导危重、疑难患者护理计划的制定及实施。
6、有计划地组织科内护理查房，及时总结本室护理工作中的经验和教训。
7、有计划地组织安排全科业务学习。负责全科护士的三基三严培训和在职教育工作。
8、负责组织本科护理科研、护理革新计划的制定和实施，指导本科护士及时总结护理经验及撰写护理文章。
9、对科内发生的护理问题和差错，应及时了解原因，总结经验教训，采取防范措施，并及时上报护理部。
10、科学管理病房，做好文字记录及教学各项统计工作，每月总结、分析提出整改意见。
11、每月听取进修护士意见，检查护生教学计划的实施情况。
