2目的
验收成品清洗机各项性能指标是否能达到技术协议要求，并且是否能保证在KOAL公司正常投入生产。
3主要内容
11月27号在上海格尔汽车附件有限公司齿条新车间验收成品清洗机专用机床，验收如下：
验收设备刷洗清洗系统、清洗系统、吹干系统、设备水箱系统、电气系统；等是否正常运行，查看设备防护罩装配是否牢固、封闭，不允许有漏液漏气等现象，外部结构的钣金件是否平整、美观。
验证设备清洗工件长度550-，工件直径￠20-￠32、等加工范围是否达到技术要求，确保更换产品时快速、安全、便捷并达到技术要求（设备换型时间不超过20分钟）。
验收触摸屏操作台，验证设备主操作界面是否完整，设备运行时在手动、自动状态下是否能控制、查看
