I. Event Background The 9th Huaibei City Games and the 3rd Workers Games are hosted by Huaibei Municipal Peoples Government and hosted by Huaibei Municipal Sports Bureau, Huaibei Federation of Trade Unions and Huaibei Municipal Education Bureau.
