辽宁中医药大学2007届硕士学位论文摘要目的: 观察调解汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠模型的作用机理。材料与方法: 材料:雄性健康的wistar大鼠、(TNBS)、50%乙醇、调解汤、柳氮磺胺吡啶片(SASP)、白介素4试剂盒(IL-4)、丙二醛(MDA)试剂盒、考马斯亮兰蛋白测试盒。方法:将雄性健康的Wistar大鼠随机分为四组,即:空白对照组(即空白组)、模型组、调解汤组、柳氮磺胺吡啶组(SASP)组。除空白组外,其余三组均采用三硝基苯磺酸/乙醇溶液直肠推注造模。成模后对各组大鼠分别给药治疗,每日一次,连续治疗 21天。结果: :空白组明显好于其他各组;调解汤组、SASP组经治疗后一般状态得到明显改善。 :空白组大鼠结肠粘膜光滑,结构完整;模型组大鼠结肠不光滑,有明显的炎症和溃疡;调解汤组、SASP组大鼠结肠的炎症和溃疡均有不同程度改善。 -4的含量高于模型组()。 ()。结论: 。 ,并修复其结肠组织病理性损伤。 -4含量及下调MDA水平,从而抑制肠道的炎性反应并提高机体抗氧自由基损伤有关。关键词:调解汤;溃疡性结肠炎;白介素一4;丙二醛——. 调节汤对溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠的实验研究———————————————————————————————————=二——=二二=_=二_=.
