摘要
本文对两种云南产药用植物云南钩藤(Uncaria yunnanensis)和攀茎钩藤 (U.
scandens)的化学成分进行了研究，分离并鉴定(谱学分析)26 个化合物。

云南钩藤和攀茎钩藤均为茜草科,钩藤属植物。两种植物的枝叶均采于云南
省西双版纳州。从云南钩藤的枝叶中，分离得到 7 个吲哚类生物碱，谱学分析
(1H-NMR, 13C-NMR) 鉴定其结构分别为：β-yohimbine (1), yohimbine (2),
(-)-tetrahydroalstonine (3), tetrahydroalstonine (4), pteropodic acid (5), ajmalicine (6)
和 uncarine E (7), 以上生物碱均为首次在云南钩藤中分离得到。

从攀茎钩藤的枝叶中分离并鉴定得到 19 个化合物，结构分别
为:3β-hydroxy-30-norlupan-20-one (8), lupeol (9), dihydromasticadienolic acid (10),
β-sitosterol (11), cycloeucalenol (12), 5, 6α-epoxy-5α-stigmastan-3β-ol (13), ursolic
acid (14), quinovic acid (15), 3β, 6β, 24-trihydroxyolean-12-en-27-oic acid (16),
naringenin (17), bonducellin (18), scopoletin (19), isoscopoletin (20), gallic acid (21),
vanilic acid methyl ester (22), 2,6-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethylbenzoic acid methyl ester
(23), 3,4-dihydroxy benzoic acid (24), 3,4-dimethoxy methyl benzoate (25),
3-methoxy-4-hydroxy benzoic acid (26)。其中化合物 8-10, 12, 13 和 15-26 为首次
在钩藤属中分离得到。

最后，对钩藤属植物化学成分及药理作用研究概况进行了综述。
