“互联网＋〞背景下地方高校金融专业应用型人才培养模式探析

摘 要：“互联网+金融〞时代，社会需求的不仅是“高素质、懂理论〞的专业型人才，更需要“强能力、重应用〞的技能型人才。然而，随着互联网金融的开展，对于目前大局部高校尤其是地方高校的金融类专业而言，其运用的人才培养模式已经难以满足应用型人才培养的要求，同时，在我国当前高等教育模式改革和高等院校转型开展的环境下，如何培养出符合社会开展需求的应用型人才不仅是教育界需要思考的问题，也是社会关注的热点问题，也是建设应用型本科院校不可回避的问题。文章在分析我国高等教育模式现状的根底上，结合地方本科院校自身特点、地方高校金融专业人才培养过程中存在的特殊性以及互联网开展的要求，从应用型人才培育目标的设定、课程体系的设置、教学方法和教学模式的选择等方面分析了“互联网+〞背景下地方高校金融专业应用型人才培养模式。
