河南财经政法大学本科生毕业论文(设计) 建材行业配送物流成本控制分析——以郑州建材市场为例院系名称姓名学号专业指导教师 201 4年05月 25 日摘要物流成本控制是建材企业提高利润率的重要手段,是企业管理的重要组成部分。物流成本控制是在遵循物资供应体制与渠道等各方面合理化,并且保证提供一定水平的物流服务的前提下,运用现代科学技术和科学管理方法, 加强对物流各个环节费用的管理, 降低物流成本,为企业生产运营提供合格、高水平的物流服务。物流成本的降低意味着物流各个功能、各个环节之间的相互协调性增强,从而将使整个物流系统得到改善,逐步走向合理化,并且不断得到优化。因此加强物流成本的管理对于提高建材企业的经济、社会效益具有更加深刻的意义。论文从建材企业的配送物流成本产生的主要原因及特殊性入手, 分析当前郑州建材企业配送物流管理的方式和存在的问题, 在肯定已取得成绩的基础上找出不足,并对建材企业的配送物流成本控制的策略进一步提出自己的看法。关键词: 建材;配送;物流成本;信息化; Abstract Logistics cost control is an important means to improve the building materials enterprise profit rate, is an important part of enterprise management.
