摘要: 针对深圳华亚数控机床有限公司的YHM600(A)世纪星系统数控铣床进行改造，增加自动排泄功能，并根据要求绘制电气原理图、选择相应元器件（包括：中间继电器、交流接触器、各种规格的电线、电机、减速机构、排泄槽等），再根据电气原理图用C语言编制世纪星系统的PLC程序，此外由于华中数控世纪星数控系统采用的是"内装型"的PLC,必须在DOS环境下使用其专门C语言对其进行编程,这种编程方法没有采用Windows操作系统的方便快捷,并且使用其专门C语言编程和使用传统的梯形图编程相比,对编程人员的技术要求更高,不便推广使用，所以本设计还拓展了解了华中数控8型系统PLC梯形图的编制和应用。

ABSTRACT: For the nc machine tool co., LTD. Shenzhen China YHM600 ShiJiXing system modification of CNC milling machine, (A) increase the automatic discharge function, and according to the requirements create electrical schematic diagram, select the appropriate components (including: intermediate relay, ac contactor, all kinds of wires, motors, retarding mechanism, discharge chute, etc.), according to the principle of electrical diagram again ShiJiXing system of PLC program with C language, moreover because the huazhong nc ShiJiXing nc system USES A built-in type of PLC, must in the DOS environment to use its special C language programming, the programming method without using the Windows operating system fast and convenient, and use the C language programming and compared with traditional ladder diagram programming, the programming of the technical requirements higher, inconvenient use, so this design also expand to understand the huazhong nc 8 system establishment and application of PLC ladder diagram.
