机床的直线运动误差建模与敏感性分析

摘要:以多体舰和齐次坐标变换为基础,表征了机床部件间相对运动及运动误差,建立了运动条件下的机床运动误
差模型,给出了机床动态敏感性分析的关键步骤,依托该模型对机床的动态敏感性进行分析。结果表明:在不同情形下,
敏感度呈现方向大小不变、方向和大小均改变的结果。基于机床的动态精度灵敏度分析,建立了机床动态精度预测模型,
模拟多部件运动误差输人,得到了机床刀具轨迹。
