社会工作者的职业认同研究
——基于深圳市 98 个社工的调查

社会工作者的职业认同对于社会工作的职业化和专业化具有重要意义。针对目前
深圳市社会工作者高流失的现状，笔者选取深圳市100 个社会工作者为调查对象，通
过运用 SPSS 软件对 98 份有效问卷进行分析，发现调查样本的职业认同不高，并且在
性别、文化程度、工作年限等方面存在显著差异；通过对 5 个社会工作者进行深入访
谈，发现薪资待遇低、社会地位低、社会认同低、工作压力大、提升空间小等五个方
面是造成其职业认同不高的重要原因。因此，我们应该从社会工作者个人、机构、社
会工作协会等多方努力来提升社会工作者的职业认同。

Professional Identity of Social Workers
——Based on a survey of 98 social workers in Shenzhen
Abstract
Social workers' self professional identity means a lot for social work's
professionalization and the high loss of social workers in Shenzhen,I
selected 100 social workers who work in Shenzhen for this using SPSS
software to analyse the results of the valid questionnaire ,I found that the professional
identity of the sample is very low and there are significant differences in terms of
gender,educational level,working experience and so some interviews in depth
for five social workers,I found five reasons -low salary,low status,low social identity,high
work pressure,limit improving space for the low professional ,we should
work hard to improve social workers' professional identity through the social worker
individuals,institutions,associations and so on.
