摘 要
随着社会的进步，科技的飞速发展，人们的生活需求日益多样化，伴随着社会资源
短缺,建设节约型社会就显得尤为重要和迫切。这种背景下,企业有效实施逆向物流可以
充分利用资源、能源并保护环境,从而推动企业和社会的可持续发展,是解决问题的有效
途径。因此,逆向物流成为近年来发展最快的研究领域之一。欧美等国家最早开始关注
逆向物流并对其进行系统科学的研究,目前已取得了一定的理论成果和实际效益。
在我国实行可持续发展的大背景下,吸收国际上物流理论研究和国外先进物流企业
经营管理者的实践经验，本文主要是关于 A 报业集团逆向物流运作的研究；论文首先对
逆向物流以及国内外企业逆向物流的研究现状进行了综述；其次，从逆向物流的定义、
功能、产生及处理方式对逆向物流的内涵和特征做了详细阐述；然后结合循环经济的特
点分析了逆向物流与循环经济的本质和联系。同时针对 EPR 实施对象的选择展开讨论，
经过分析比较纸制品业由于其回收价值较高，可以自发地形成市场驱动的回收再生体
系，无需刻意对其实施 EPR 制度。
接着，论文介绍了 A 报业集团的现状，并概括了 A 报业集团发行网络的特点，同时
指出了 A 报业集团逆向物流运作存在的问题；随后，论文针对问题建立了 A 报业集团公
司逆向物流模型，并阐明了报纸回收的分类和处置方法；以及使用 AHP 法对不同的逆
向物流运作模式进行了比较分析，为A 报业集团选择合适自身的逆向物流运作模式提供
了依据；最后，论文对 A 报业集团逆向物流的实施进行了定性分析和展望。

Abstract
As society advances, the rapid development of science and technology, growing
diversity of needs of people's lives, along with a shortage of social resources and building a
conservation-oriented society is particularly important and urgent. Against this background,
the effective implementation of reverse logistics enterprises can make full use of resources,
energy and protect the environment, thereby promoting the sustainable development of
enterprises and the society, is an effective way to solve the problem. Therefore, reverse
logistics has become in recent years, one of the fastest growing area of research. Europe and
the United States and other countries began to pay attention as early as reverse logistics, and
its systematic scientific research, and has achieved a certain amount of theoretical results and
the actual benefit.
In our country against the backdrop of sustainable development, absorbing the
