摘要 目的：针对服用复方丹参滴丸患者发生胃肠道不良反应（adverse drug reaction ,ADR）的发生特点，选用与其功效相同，性味相反中成药冠心丹参滴丸替代并纠正不良反应。方法：通过收集2018年3月至2021年1月上报的复方丹参滴丸ADR报告25例分析，对其中有胃肠道不良反应的20例进行分组对照治疗，10例维持原治疗做参照，10例采用冠心丹参滴丸替换复方丹参滴丸治疗。结果：采用冠心丹参滴丸组10例，较不改变用药复方丹参滴丸组10例，胃肠道反应有明显改善，对冠心病的治疗效果没有改变。 关键词 复方丹参滴丸 冠心丹参滴丸 胃肠道反应 Abstract: Objective: In view of the adverse drug reaction (ADR) in patients taking compound salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills, we chose Guanxin salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills to replace and correct the adverse reaction. METHODS: 25 ADR reports of compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills reported from March 2018 to January 2021 were collected and analyzed. Among them, 20 cases with gastrointestinal adverse reactions were treated as group control, 10 cases maintained original treatment as reference, and 10 cases were treated with Guanxin salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills instead of compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills. Results: 10 cases in the group of Guanxin Salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills were significantly improved compared with the group of 10 cases in the group of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills, and the therapeutic effect of coronary heart disease was not changed.
