内蒙古自治区城乡居民收入差距实证研究
摘要
改革开放以来，中也有了很大的提高，然而，
与此相伴随的收入差距的扩大引起了社会各界越来越多的关注，尤其是城乡居民收入差距的扩
大，给中国社会经济发展带来了很多负面影响。因此，研究影响城乡居民收入差距不仅具有理论
价值，而且也有现实意义。
内蒙古自治区（以下简称内蒙古）是我国重要的农牧业生产基地，其得天独厚的自然条件为
当地农牧民提供了更大的生产发展空间，相比其他省区尤其是西部省区，当地的农牧民的收入渠
道更多一些，然而根据本文的测算，其城乡居民收入差距处于一个较高水平，形势并不容乐观。
本文以内蒙古的城乡居民收入差距为研究对象，根据统计数据描绘了自 1978 年以来城乡居民
收入差距的趋势图，并于全国收入差距的趋势图作了对比，发现内蒙古的名义城乡居民收入差距
走势低于全，但是扣除价格因素后，绝大多数年份的城乡居民收入差距水平在全之
上，再运用时间序列分析方法预测未来五年的收入差距后发现，其走势呈现逐年下降的迹象，这
有可能是近几年来国家开始重视农业的政策发生作用的结果。本文还分别从有效需求、产业结构、
经济增长和经济运行等四方面探讨了收入差距给内蒙古社会经济发展带来的影响；在对造成差距
的具体因素的实证分析方面中采用了线性回归分析法进行分析，并对各个要素的影响程度进行定
性分析，最后，本文针对回归结果提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract

After reform and opening up, the economy of China has a good development, the live level of
Chinese people has a well rise. Thus the larger income disparity with become the focus in the
society. Especially the disparity between rural and urban resident become much larger. It gives the
country which has farmers a lot of negative respects. So, the research on the income disparity has
not only the theoretical value but also the practical significance.
Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is a important region in our country for its Agriculture
and animal husbandry. The excellent environment give the farmers good better development the
other provinces especially in the west of china, and the farmers and herdsmen have more income.
but this paper fide that the income disparity in Mongolia Autonomous Region is very large too.
