摘 要

第三方物流是随着物流理论与实践不断深入发展而出现的新的物流形态，是
物流专业化、一体化的产物。随着经济全球化进程的迅速发展和新兴市场的形成，
越来越多的公司趋向于使用第三方物流服务。经历了短短几十年的发展，全球的
第三方物流市场已明显表现出了巨大的潜力，据预测，第三方物流服务将成为二
十一世纪国际物流发展的主流。
本论文以第三方物流为研究对象，在阐述理论的基础上，论文对第三方物流
企业的竞争环境和发展策略进行了分析。全文共分四个部分，第一部分介绍了物
流业发展的背景资料，第二部分分析了第三方物流的经济性，第三部分对我国第
三方物流企业进行了 SWOT 分析，最后一部分就我国第三方物流企业的发展策略
给出了作者的见解。

Abstract

Third party's logistics is the new logistics shape appearing as logistics theory and
practice are being developed. With the rapid development of the economic
globalization process, more and more companies trend to use third party's logistics
service. It is predicted, 3PL will become the mainstream of international logistics in
the 21st century.

On the base of explaining the theory, the paper analyses the competitive
environment and the development strategies of the third party's logistics enterprise.
The full text are divided into four parts, the first part introduces the background of
logistics' development, second part analyses the economy of third party's logistics, the
third part carries on SWOT analysis to 3PL enterprises of our country, the last part
provides the author's opinion on the development strategies of 3PL enterprises of our
country.
